Adding a sauna or ice bath to a Seminyak or Kerobokan property

Survey the existing space before choosing a cabin
Record the room’s dimensions, ceiling, doors, glazing and service points. Ask the project team which existing construction can remain and what needs professional assessment. A photograph alone cannot establish the suitability of the structure, electrical supply or moisture-management details.
Compare conversion with a separate cabin
An indoor conversion may preserve garden space but require coordination with surrounding rooms. A separate cabin may reduce some interfaces while adding base, weather and access questions. Compare both as complete installed scopes, including the work around the sauna and the location of an ice bath and chiller if included.
Sequence work around guests and neighbours
Agree a working area, delivery route, noisy-work windows and protection for finishes that remain. Review privacy from nearby rooms and whether a wet route crosses a guest living area. Confirm any permissions or site-management arrangements relevant to your property rather than assume one rule applies to every location.
