Sauna and ice bath planning in Canggu, Berawa & Pererenan
For a villa project in Canggu, Berawa or Pererenan, start by deciding whether the wellness area serves one booking at a time or several users from different bookings. That decision affects the layout and operating responsibilities before a sauna or ice bath model is selected.

One villa or a shared amenity?
A private villa may place a sauna beside an existing pool and keep access within the booked property. A cluster of villas may instead share one area. In the second arrangement, define opening hours, who manages access, changing facilities and who checks the space between users. These are design inputs, not tasks to postpone until opening.
Check the route from the gate to the garden
Send photographs and dimensions of the entrance, narrow passages, turns and any steps. Confirm where components can be unloaded without blocking the property’s normal access. The delivery method depends on the actual route; a garden that fits a cabin may still be difficult to reach with assembled components.
Protect the guest experience during installation
If the villa is trading, identify a work window and a route for materials that can be separated from guests. Review views into the sauna, changing privacy and the wet route back to the villa. Ask where the chiller will stand and whether its operating sound and service access suit nearby bedrooms.
A useful first brief
Send the village or map pin, a measured layout, photos of the route, intended private or shared use and target opening date. Five Elements can assess the proposed sauna and ice-bath scope and prepare a free concept, 3D and estimate. Installation arrangements and any local access restrictions are checked for the actual property; this page does not imply a separate office in each area.
Project checklist
- One booking or shared guest access
- Gate and carrying-route measurements
- Privacy, chiller location and staff responsibility
Can a shared wellness zone serve several villas?
It can be explored, but the concept should address access control, changing, cleaning, water care and responsibility between guest sessions.
